No. 3 Cowboys 11-Game Winning Streak Snapped by Seminole State in League Play

WARNER –No. 3 ranked Connors State (32-4, 13-3 OCAC) had their 11-game winning streak snapped Thursday by Seminole State 4-1 at Perry Keith Field

The Cowboys struck first with a home run by Drenis Ozuma in the first inking-p his 11th homer of the season. However the Cowboys stranded nine base runners in the game.

Ty Callahan (6-1) pitched five innings in relief and took his first loss of the season.

Connors and Seminole State will play a doubleheader Sunday at 1 p.m. on the Trojans home field.
