Warner- For the Second time this year, the Connors State Cowboys had little trouble with an Central Baptist College as they rolled Tuesday Night inside Melvin Self Field-House. with the win the cowboys move to 11-2 on the yound season

The cowboys had 7 players score in Double Figures on the night. Lead by Freshman Forward Marquel Sutton who recorded another Double Double with 18 Points and 112 Rebounds. 

The cowboys got outstanding production off the bench with Greg Johnson scoring 10 points off the bench for the Cowboys. 

11 of the 12 Cowboys who dressed got into the scoring collum on the Night. 

Freshman Forward Marquel Sutton lead tsix cowboys in double figure scoring with 18 points, D.J. Basey had 17, Jordan Tillmon had 15, Jahcoree Ealy had 14, Xavier Glenn and Xavier Brown had 12, Greg Johnson had 10, Mason Alexander had 7, Sammy Mike had 5, Makyi Boyce had 4, and Jhamyl Fricas had 2 for the Cowboys.

The cowboys held a commanding 59-26 lead at the break and increased their lead the first 5 minutes of the second half to blow the game open. The Cowboys played stiffling defense all night long in holding the Mustangs to 31 percent field goal shooting on the night. 

The Cowboys shot 68 percent from the field on the night, and also shot 31 percent from the 3 point line.

The cowboys out rebounded the mustangs by 32 in a 55-23 rebound advantage on the night.
