Cowgirls Picked Tied for 4th

  The OCAC Women's Basketball Coaches released the first ever Pre-Season Predictions for the 2020-21 Season and the Cowgirls were tabbed to finish tied for fourth with Redlands CC, who are the defending OCAC Conference Champions. Leading the pre-season standings was first place vote getter NEO A&M followed by Murray State (defending Region 2 champions), Eastern Oklahoma then Connors State. 

"This is a fun thing that all the head coaches do at the begining of the season, and i am just honored that my fellow coaching peers have tabbed us in this position," said Cowgirl head coach Jamie Fisher. " I am just hoping we can be competitive every night, and live up to this predictions." 

The Cowgirls are coming off one of their best records in the last 9 years with  20-12 record and seven reutrning players, and three starters. The Cowgirls are slatted to open their season January 21st @ 5pm against Oklahoma Weslyan JV. The Cowgirls first true test will come two day later when Pre-Season #3 South Plains College (Levelland, Texas) comes to Warner for a Saturday January 23rd game @ 2pm. The Cowgirls will then kick off their conference season on February 1st at 5:30 pm as Western Oklahoma Lady Pioneers come to Warner.
