Jordan Tillmon led the Cowboys with 21 while DJ Basey added 19, Marquel Sutton added 16, and Greg Johnson added 13 for the Cowboys.
Connors State playing its final regular season game before heading into the NJCAA Region 2 Tournament on Thursday in Shawnee saw 9 gets get action today and 8 of the 9 players scored. The cowboys used their sufficating defense in the second half to controlle the jets, but could never truly put them away until the final 3 minutes of the game. With the Win Connors gets to 25 Wins for the first time since the 2018-2019 Season.
Connors State (25-5) moved to 11-5 in the OCAC while NOC- Enid (11-19) fell to 4-12 in league play.
The Cowboys will open Region 2 Tournament Play on Thursday March 3rd at 1:00pm inside the Nobel Complex on the campus of Oklahoma Baptist University where they will take on the Mountaineers of Eastern Oklahoma State College. the cowboys and mountaineers split the regualr season series with each team winning on its home floor. The winner advances to the 6:00pm Sem-Final on Friday March 4th.
