Jhamyl Fricas is a 6-3 Guard from Boston, Massachussetts (Worcester Prep). Fricas averaged 5 points a game with 3 rebounds and 1 assist last season for the Cowboys.

He was a 4 year varsity starter at Worcester Prep. He was a Second Team all NEPSAC, and scored over 1,000 career points in his High School career. He was also MVP of 3 AAU Tournaments during his prep days.

It marked the 15th trip to the Nationals in school history and the 11th for head coach Bill Muse who enters his 31st year at the helm for Connors with a record of 713-252 and is the fifth winningest among active NJCAA coaches.
