Ty Frierson Named Region II Player of the Week
Sophomore Combo Guard Ty Frierson from Tulsa, Oklahoma, has been named the Region II Division I Player of the Week for his play Dec. 4-11 it was announced Tuesday. This is the Cowboys third Region II Player of the week, as Bradyn Hubbard, and Donyae May won the award a couple of weeks before.

WARNER—Sophomore Combo Guard Ty Frierson from Tulsa, Oklahoma, has been named the Region II Division I Player of the Week for his play Dec. 4-11 it was announced Tuesday. This is the Cowboys third Region II Player of the week, as Bradyn Hubbard, and Donyae May won the award a couple of weeks before.
In three games Frierson poured in 50 points for a 16.6 scoring average while pulling down 11 rebounds. He was nearly perfect at the free throw line draining 2-of-3 at the stripe.
He also had two steals, and twelve assists
