Bio

Tore Alford joins Connors State College fo the 2025-26 season. Tor’e comes to Connors after a successful playing career at the NJCAA and Division 2 level. Coach Alford also coached 2 season of AAU basketball with her most recent organization Team Trae Young. She also coach AAU with Midwest Hustle Elite.

While at Hutch cc Tor’e played for NJCAA National Championship coach John Ontjes. There she played 3 season (Covid) and saw tons of personal and team success

She was also a member of D2 Final Four team Glenville State 2022-2023 while at Glenville Tore played for current Tennessee Head Coach Kim Caldwell.

Northeastern State University is where coach Alford finished her playing career and degree. She help lead a young NSU team to the conference tournament. 

Coach Thompson “ Coach Alford is the perfect fit for what I need @ Connors State. Her junior college playing experiences and her overall success will translate to her coaching. She is a hard worker and I’m excited to work with coach Alford.” Her primary duties will include guard development and recruiting coordinator.
