Buddy Hammer Jr is a 6'6 Forward from Westville, Oklahoma (Westville High School) where he averaged 25 points per game, 11 Rebounds, and 3 Assists.

At Westville High School, Hummer helped lead the Yellow Jackets to the 2021 OSSAA Class 3A State Tournament. Hammer was Honorable Mention All Tulsa World during his senior season. Hammer was the 2023 Big 8 Conference Player of the Year. Hammer was also sected to the 2023Native All State Game, and was a 2023 OCA East All State Selection. Hammer was also the OCA Region 3 Player of the Year and also the OBCA All Star Game MVP for Class 3A. Hammer was also apart of the OCA All State by Class 3A Selection
